• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts to clients.
• Collaborate with the design and project teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
• Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to promote Divine Space Construction.
• Monitor and report on sales performance and market feedback.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the design and construction industry.
• Strong understanding of design and build processes and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
• Relevant qualifications in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or a related field.
