Location: Pasir PanjangWorking Hours: Monday to Friday, 11am to 3pm, *5 days work week,
Expect 30 to 35 work hrs per week
*(expect additional 2 to 3 hrs OT, during pre & post public holidays + Mondays)
Salary: $14/hr + OT payable after working hours.Duration: 12 Months (Extendable)
Duties:
- Responsible for document preparation, batching, sorting, scanning, and indexing of records
- Handles high-volume tasks in a fast-paced environment with (tight timelines)
- Ensures accuracy and attention to detail in all processes
- Requires strong multitasking and clear communication skills
Requirements:
- Must pass typing test (min 47 wpm)
- Able to work in fast-paced environment and handle stress (tight timelines)
- Bank and Credit Cards no outstanding debts
- Phones to be kept in lockers during working hours
