Location: Pasir Panjang

Working Hours:

AM Shift: 9am to 6pm
PM Shift: 12pm to 9pm
Salary: $2100 + OT payable after working hours.

Duration: 12 Months (Extendable)

Duties:

  • Responsible for document preparation, batching, sorting, scanning, and indexing of records
  • Handles high-volume tasks in a fast-paced environment with tight timelines
  • Ensures accuracy and attention to detail in all processes
  • Supports urgent case processing and coordinates with bank officers
  • Requires strong multitasking and clear communication skills

Requirement:

  • Must have 6 months to 1 year of admin experience, able to articulate well
  • Must pass typing test (min 47 wpm)
  • Able to work in fast-paced environment and handle stress (tight timelines)
  • Document preparation, batching, sorting, scanning, indexing
  • Bank and Credit Cards no outstanding debts
  • Phones to be kept in lockers during working hours
