Job Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Deliver prompt and accurate technical assistance to customers via phone, email, or chat.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Pre-Sales Support: Assist the sales team with product presentations, demonstrations, and technical guidance throughout the sales process.
- Product Expertise: Provide support across a range of solutions including HMI, SCADA, WMS, MES, Data Management, IIoT, and Fault-Tolerant Computer Servers.
- After-Sales Support: Offer technical assistance and backup services post-sale as needed.
- Training: Conduct training sessions for both customers and internal teams on product usage and best practices.
- Customer Feedback: Work closely with product and development teams to share customer insights and recommend enhancements.
- Technical Documentation: Respond to technical sections of RFPs/RFIs and support the preparation of proposals.
- Solution Development: Lead proof of concepts, design tailored solutions, and conduct technical workshops.
