HR/ Payroll Assistant (Stable Environment | Growth Opportunity)

Key Responsibilities

Payroll Administration
  • Assist in end-to-end payroll processing to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Assist in monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Verify timesheets, attendance, overtime, and leave records
  • Maintain payroll records, including attendance, leave, and overtime
  • Prepare payroll reports and support statutory submissions (CPF, IRAS, etc.)
  • Handle payroll queries and resolve discrepancies
HR Operations
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR systems
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes (e.g., preparation of documents, coordination)
  • Assist in preparing employment contracts and HR letters
  • Monitor staff leave and attendance records
Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Support job postings, interview coordination, and candidate communication
  • Assist in onboarding processes including document collection and orientation
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires
Compliance & Reporting
  • Ensure compliance with Singapore labour laws and company policies
  • Support preparation of HR reports and documentation
  • Liaise with government bodies where required (e.g., CPF, MOM)
General HR Support Employee Support & Administration
  • Handle employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, and benefits
  • Support HR initiatives, engagement activities, and internal communications
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team
  • Assist in HR projects and initiatives as assigned
Requirements
  • O Level / HNITEC / Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–3 years of relevant HR/payroll experience preferred
  • Familiar with Singapore payroll practices and CPF regulations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel is a must)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
