HR/ Payroll Assistant (Stable Environment | Growth Opportunity)

Key Responsibilities
Payroll Administration- Assist in end-to-end payroll processing to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Assist in monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Verify timesheets, attendance, overtime, and leave records
- Maintain payroll records, including attendance, leave, and overtime
- Prepare payroll reports and support statutory submissions (CPF, IRAS, etc.)
- Handle payroll queries and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain and update employee records and HR systems
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes (e.g., preparation of documents, coordination)
- Assist in preparing employment contracts and HR letters
- Monitor staff leave and attendance records
- Support job postings, interview coordination, and candidate communication
- Assist in onboarding processes including document collection and orientation
- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires
- Ensure compliance with Singapore labour laws and company policies
- Support preparation of HR reports and documentation
- Liaise with government bodies where required (e.g., CPF, MOM)
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, and benefits
- Support HR initiatives, engagement activities, and internal communications
- Provide administrative support to the HR team
- Assist in HR projects and initiatives as assigned
- O Level / HNITEC / Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–3 years of relevant HR/payroll experience preferred
- Familiar with Singapore payroll practices and CPF regulations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel is a must)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Working Days: Monday to Friday
- Location: Kallang / Aljunied
