Job Summary:

Drive aftermarket and spare parts sales by managing leads, supporting distributors, and optimizing inventory to deliver profitable growth.

Responsibilities:

• Manage sales opportunities from lead generation through fulfillment to achieve timely delivery and profitability.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports to support management planning.
• Promote service sales and aftermarket products to distributors in collaboration with spare parts sales.
• Work with the sales team to develop strategies to identify and grow opportunities within existing accounts.
• Provide technical spare parts support and advice on a wide range of diesel industrial engines.
• Optimize inventory levels, including own and consignment stock, to balance cost efficiency and parts availability.
• Maintain accurate records of projects, pricing, sales performance, and activity reports.
• Prepare and deliver proposal presentations to internal stakeholders, customers, and prospects.
• Lead and participate in cross-functional continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in spare parts or the automotive industry.
• Prior spare parts experience with engine manufacturers is an added advantage.
• Strong presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with enthusiasm for spare parts and power generation products.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Independent, results-oriented, and commercially astute.
