Our client, a Japanese manufacturing company of semiconductor industry spare parts and other materials is looking for a Sales Engineer (Japanese Speaking). This role will be responsible for building relationships with customers and maximizing revenue.You will be reporting to the Sales General Manager.
【Responsibilities】- Develop relationships by conducting frequent visits/web meetings/telecommunication and seeking new opportunities with existing accounts.
- Create new customer accounts.
- Gather market intelligence on customer business activities/projects, competitors' products, industry developments, and economic indicators.
- Provide product and technical expertise to match suitable solutions to customer requirements.
- Handle other aspects of sales/marketing functions, including quotations, sales reports, forecasts, and monitoring stock levels and inventory.
- Liaise with counterparts in Japan/Vietnam/Korea/US/Taiwan.
- Prepare, analyze, and submit reports to immediate superiors.
- Provide and maintain quality service in compliance with organisation standards.
- Contribute to the team in achieving the organisation's and department's goals.

Required Experience
【Requirements & Preferences】(Must)
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering or similar
- At least 2 years of Sales/Sales Engineer experience in the semiconductor industry
- Inexperienced candidates with a relevant study and strong interest in sales within semiconductor company are welcome to apply
- Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Japanese (JLPT N3 and above) to laise with English, Mandarin, and Japanese speaking counterparts. Candidates who have the above experience and are keen to learn the Japanese language are welcome.
- Preferably possesses a driver's license and own car
- Experience in a Japanese company is advantageous.
- Experience in the manufacturing industry is advantageous.
- Prior experience in handling Japan, Vietnam, Korea, the US, or the Taiwan market
