Customer Service Officer (Up to $3000)

Position 1

Responsibilities

Support on all technical, operations, and logistic matters
Handle and liaise incoming shipment
Prepare quotation/Delivery order
Update daily jobs on CRM system
Follow up with Customer on site situation/installation date/demo/training
Coordinate on all site installation/delivery schedule
Any adhoc duties as per assigned

Position 2

Responsibilities

In Charge of all contracts and liaise with customers
Reply emails and answer phone calls for customers enquiries
Schedule daily jobs
Update daily jobs on CRM system
Work closely with technical team
Any adhoc duties as per assigned

Requirement

Min ITE or diploma in Engineering Discipline
At least 1 year of relevant working experience
Bilingual in English
Able to communicate with Chinese-speaking customers
Proficient in MS office applications
Good communication and negotiation skills
Posses initiative and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
