Project Coordinator (Event) - Toa Payoh

We are leading events and exhibition company that thrives on good service and excellence.We are current expanding and seeking new positions for our creative team.

• Coordinator and manage event preparation and operations for multiple events.
• Provide event administrative and operational support
• Receive general instructions on new projects
• Sourcing for event supplies
• Able to manages multiple project, events and priorities simultaneously
• Work with creative or project supervision, exercising judgment within defined procedures and objectives
• Work with internal departments and personnel, coordinating associated deliverables and functions
• Act as liaison to outside vendors and professional consultants
• Ensure that projects meet deadlines by adhering to schedules, identifying potential delays and reporting to Event Manager
• Present a professional, quality image of Spire works.

• Diploma and above or equivalent experience.
• Entry level is welcome to apply.
• Project management skills with experience handling multiple deadlines and schedules autonomously.
• Demonstrated interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work well with others in a deadline-driven team environment.
• Consistently demonstrates the knowledge, skills, abilities, and behaviours necessary to provide superior service to each other, to our members, and to clients contracted providers, and vendors.
• Able to work late nights and sometimes weekends.
• Able to start work immediately.

• Working hours: 5.5 days (09.30 am
• 6.30 pm Monday to Friday , 9.30am
• 1.30pm Saturday)

• Bonus payout will be based on performance.
• Near Potong Pasir, Mattar MRT Station.
