Facilities Management Manager #ez - Bukit Merah

Your new company

Client is an enterprise management consulting firm, seeking to hire a Facilities Management Manager (up to $8,000) x 2.

Salary: up to $8,000 per month

• Oversee the day-to-day operation of the property/office, including schedule, supervising and provide training to junior members
• Oversee maintenance and repairs of the property, including coordinating with contractors and service prodivers.
• Ensure the security measures are in place and functioning effectively.
• Managing the budget, expenses, financial records.
• Coordinate meal planning and preparation (pantry goods), taking into account dietary preference and restrictions, perform grocery shopping as needed.
• Provide personal assistance to Management as needed, including running errands, organizing personal belongings, scheduling appointment, coordinating travel arrangements, assisting with personal appointments or arrangements.

• Preferably someone that has a degree with relevant experience of work
• Experienced in SMEs and consulting firms
• Positive attitude, open mindset and team player. Effectively work with people and coordinate with external vendors, suppliers and contractors
