G01 - ServiceNow Developer
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop custom applications using ServiceNow App Engine
- Configure and customize core modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, Service Request, GRC)
- Design and implement automated workflows using Flow Designer and Integration Hub
- Develop and customize Service Portal (AngularJS, Bootstrap)
- Implement GRC modules: Policy & Compliance, Risk, Audit, Vendor Risk, BCM
- Lead technical design, provide mentoring, and conduct code reviews
- Troubleshoot technical issues and maintain documentation
Required Skills:
- Proficient in JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies)
- Experience with App Engine Studio, Now Experience UI Builder, Table Builder
- Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, ITIL, and security model
- Familiarity with risk scoring models, dashboards, and automated controls
Qualifications:
- 5 years of ServiceNow development experience
- 2+ years with App Engine
- Proven experience with GRC implementation
- Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field
- ServiceNow certifications (Admin, Developer, Implementation Specialist) preferred
- Agile experience and strong communication skills
