Position Summary

We are seeking an accomplished professional to serve as the Integrated Risk Management (IRM) Lead for the ServiceNow platform. This critical role focuses on shaping the technical strategy, development, and implementation of the IRM module to align with business needs.

The successful candidate will possess advanced knowledge of risk management frameworks and the technical acumen to deliver effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Drive the design, deployment, and optimization of the Integrated Risk Management (IRM) module within the ServiceNow platform.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into tailored technical solutions.
Develop and maintain a clear technical roadmap for the IRM module, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and industry standards.
Provide mentorship and technical leadership to developers and administrators working on the IRM module.
Oversee the configuration, customization, and integration of the IRM module with other ServiceNow applications and third-party systems.
Ensure risk management solutions adhere to security, governance, and compliance standards.
Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical challenges, coordinating with support teams as required.
Monitor emerging trends and technologies in risk management and incorporate relevant innovations to enhance platform performance.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of experience leading and delivering ServiceNow IRM implementations.
Comprehensive understanding of risk management processes, frameworks, and methodologies.
Proven hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform customization, configuration, and development.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow-specific scripting languages.
Experience integrating ServiceNow modules with external enterprise applications.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage both technical and business-oriented stakeholders.
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in Risk and Compliance (CIS-RC) is preferred.
