Sales Executive / Sales Team Lead (Marine) - basic up to $5000

Summary:

• Basic salary up to $5000 + Bonus (depending on experience)
• Leadership opportunity in marine industry
• 5 Days Work Week
• West Region

Responsibilities:

• Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve business and project targets
• Drive business development activities within the marine industry
• Identify and secure opportunities in drydock, retrofit, and cross-selling projects
• Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to project closing and handover
• Build and maintain strong relationships with shipowners, ship managers, and shipyards
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities
• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow company presence in the marine sector
• Leverage existing industry network to generate new business opportunities

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the marine industry
• Proven experience in sales, business development, or team leadership role
• Strong knowledge of drydock, retrofit, or marine service projects
• Established network within the marine industry is highly preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Independent, proactive, and results-driven
• Able to manage multiple projects under pressure
