Retail Sales Associate (Luxury Retail)

Our client is seeking a Retail Sales Associate (Luxury Retail) to join their team!

What you'll be doing?

Drive sales success: Actively work towards achieving sales targets using your sales skills and quality service to improve performance.
Product expertise: Provide guests with detailed brand and product introductions, staying informed about fashion lifestyle and market trends.
Customer care: Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and maintain positive relationships.
Store operations: Assist in maintaining a clean and well-stocked store environment, including product display and inventory management.
Problem-solving: Address customer issues and complaints promptly and effectively to enhance loyalty and satisfaction.
Team collaboration: Participate in trainings, meetings, and support regional stores as needed.

Who are they looking for?

Relevant Experience Minimum 1 years of experience in luxury or premium retail sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Strong Sales & Clienteling Skills: Demonstrated ability to engage discerning customers, including VIP clientele, and deliver personalized, high-touch service.
Tech-savvy: Proficient in computer programs like Microsoft Word and Excel to support daily operations.
Passion for Luxury & Lifestyle: Genuine interest in luxury products, especially in areas such as homeware, flatware, or interior design, with an appreciation for craftsmanship and brand heritage.

Other Information

Working Hours: 5 days work week
Salary: Basic $2500 - $3000 + High Commission
Working Location: MBS / Orchard
