Account Assistant / Officer (AP) (Boon Lay, Mon to Fri, Office hours) - Choa Chu Kang

• Position: Accounts Assistant (Accounts Payable) Permanent role with AWS & Variable Bonus
• Working Hours: Mon–Thurs 8:30am–6:00pm, Fri 8:30am–5:00pm
• Location: Transport provided from Boon Lay MRT
• System: Sage 300 (after 3 months)
• Seeking a meticulous and reliable AP Assistant to handle payable transactions, reconcile statements, and support financial accuracy.

• Handle Accounts Payable (or Accounts Receivable, as assigned)
• Perform account and statement reconciliations
• Accurately enter data using Excel and accounting systems
• Prepare and issue cheques
• Assist with collection and recording of receipts
• Perform bank reconciliations
• Work with internal departments to meet reporting deadlines

• CAT / LCCI (partial) or equivalent qualification
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Detail-oriented and accurate
• Strong communication skills
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines
• Willing to do overtime when needed
