Project Manager/Project Coordinator

Responsibilities (Project Manager):

• Lead and manage interior fit-out and construction projects from start to completion
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure project success
• Develop project schedules, allocate resources, and monitor progress against timelines and budgets
• Ensure all work complies with contractual, safety, and regulatory requirements
• Prepare and present project reports, handle site issues and lead project meetings
• Supervise and mentor project team members to ensure quality and timely delivery

Requirements (Project Manager):

• Diploma/Degree in Building, Construction Management, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in interior fit-out or A&A works
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project tracking software
• Able to communicate effectively in both English and Chinese (to liaise with clients, suppliers, and HQ)

Responsibilities (Project Coordinator):

• Create and maintain project documentation, records, and reporting systems.
• Ensure adherence to project management methods, standards, and processes.
• Assist and guide team members on project procedures, documentation, and reporting requirements.
• Track risk and issue logs and monitor change control data.
• Develop and maintain effective project communication systems.
• Organize and set up project meetings.
• Monitor project budgets and expenditures.
• Track project progress and incorporate team feedback.
• Supervise team members to ensure project guidelines and deadlines are met.

Requirements (Project Coordinator):

• Minimum Diploma in a relevant field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Fluent in English and Chinese to communicate effectively with China HQ.
