Technical Support Specialist – Coffee Equipment - Bukit Merah

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct technical repairs, diagnostics, and troubleshooting for coffee machines, addressing both mechanical and electronic components.
  • Provide comprehensive after-sales support, including machine troubleshooting, maintenance, and operational guidance.
  • Perform regular preventive maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal machine performance.
  • Work closely with the technical team to identify recurring issues and collaborate on potential solutions.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, offering clear instructions and assistance on machine usage.
  • Maintain accurate records of all service activities, including repairs, replacements, and customer interactions.
  • Offer technical expertise to the sales team during customer consultations and product recommendations.
  • Keep up to date with advancements in coffee machine technology and industry trends.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (electronics, mechanics, or related) or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • Proven experience in repairing and maintaining coffee machines or similar appliances.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals and schematics.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Basic knowledge of imaging technology is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel internationally for technical support when required.
