Role: Enterprise GenAI Frontend Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Frontend Component Development: Lead the design, development, and deployment of frontend components using ReactJS that utilize LLMs to automate tasks, generate content, and interact with users in a natural and intelligent manner.
• UI/UX Engineering: Build robust and scalable user interfaces to support GenAI applications, including responsive web design, accessibility, and user experience optimization.
• Integration with Backend Systems: Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate frontend components with robust and scalable backend systems using Spring Boot, including APIs, data pipelines, and infrastructure.
• Performance Optimization: Analyze and optimize the performance of GenAI applications and frontend components to ensure efficiency and responsiveness.
• DevOps Practices: Implement DevOps principles throughout the development lifecycle, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Technology Evaluation: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in GenAI technologies and evaluate their potential for application within the organization.

Key Requirements:

• Generative AI Expertise: In-depth understanding of generative AI models (LLMs), prompt engineering techniques, and frameworks like Langchain, Langflow, and Langgraph.
• Frontend Development: Strong proficiency in ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and experience with building responsive web applications, single-page applications, and progressive web apps.
• UI/UX Design: Proven ability to design and develop user interfaces that are intuitive, accessible, and provide a seamless user experience.
• Backend Development: Strong proficiency in Spring Boot and experience with building scalable backend systems, including API design and development.
• Performance Optimization: Proven ability to analyze and optimize code for performance, including identifying bottlenecks and implementing efficient algorithms.
• DevOps Experience: Hands-on experience with implementing CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Cloud Technologies: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their services for deploying and scaling applications.
• Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
