Key Responsibilities- Lead Flutter/Android/iOS architecture design for high-traffic apps (10M+ users).
- Develop CI/CD pipelines using Shell/Python scripts to optimize deployment.
- Mentor and lead 3–8 member agile teams in technical roadmap execution.
- Collaborate with global teams (APAC/EU/NA) on A/B testing, performance tuning, and AR/AI integration.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 5+ years of app development experience, including 2+ commercial projects as lead.
- Tech Stack Mastery: Flutter, Dart + either Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift).
- Proven expertise in state management (BLoC/Provider) and scalable architecture.
- English proficiency preferred (training provided if needed).
- Open-source contributions: GitHub stars/Pub.dev high-score packages.
- Certifications: PMP, Scrum Master, or full-stack skills (Node.js/Django).
