Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development & Sales: Identify and develop new business opportunities within the oil and gas sector.
Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, engineers, and decision-makers.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to understand requirements.
- Technical Consultation & Product Support: Act as a technical advisor, helping clients understand the benefits of the company’s products and solutions.
Assist in troubleshooting and post-sales technical support.
- Market Research & Strategy: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share.
- Proposal & Contract Management: Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals for clients.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Petroleum, or related field) or equivalent technical experience.
- Minimum 3+ years of sales experience in the oil and gas industry, preferably in technical sales.
- Strong understanding of oil and gas equipment, services, and industry standards.
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical clients.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
