We are a leading supplier of premium tiles, specializing in large-scale commercial projects and retail sales. Our curated collection, sourced primarily from Italy, is carefully selected to meet the needs of architects, interior designers, and homeowners.

We work closely with industry professionals to provide the best tiling solutions for their projects.

Your Role:

As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in expanding our market presence by building strong relationships with architects, interior designers, and contractors. You will also attend to walk-in customers to our showroom. You will guide clients through the tile selection process, negotiate contracts, and ensure seamless project execution—from specification to after-sales service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively engage architects, interior designers, contractors and home owners to introduce our latest tile designs and technologies.
  • Assist clients in selecting the most suitable tiles for their projects, offering expert recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain strong business relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Follow up on sales leads promptly and aggressively to convert opportunities into deals.
  • Negotiate pricing, product specifications, and contract terms with main contractors.
  • Work closely with internal operations teams and external factories to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments according to agreed terms.
  • Provide excellent after-sales service to maintain customer satisfaction and repeat business.
