Job Title: Building Facilities Technician (ID1656)

Location: Whitley Road

Working Hours (Can Choose one):

Shift Work: 2 day shifts (8am–8pm), 2 night shifts (8pm–8am), followed by 2 off days
Normal Shift: Mon–Fri 8:30am–6:00pm, Sat 8:30am–1:30pm

Off Days: 2 off days per cycle
Salary: Basic up to $3,200

(Gross: $3,500–$3,800 with shift allowance, depending on basic)

Job Scope:

Perform maintenance, servicing, and repairs (Electrical, Aircon, Mechanical, Building)
Troubleshoot and attend to breakdowns and client complaints
Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of M&E systems
Ensure smooth operation of building facilities and systems
Perform regular inspections and report faults to the supervisor
Ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

NTC/ITE/NITEC/Higher NITEC/Vocational Cert in Mechanical, Electrical, Air-Con, or Building Maintenance
Minimum 2 years' experience in facilities maintenance or related engineering fields
