Logistics Operations Coordinator (Warehouse-Based)

Location: Singapore (West )

We are looking for a hands-on Logistics Operations Coordinator to support our warehouse and daily logistics operations. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

• Key Responsibilities
• Oversee and coordinate daily inbound and outbound shipment activities
• Work closely with the planning team to align shipment schedules and ensure timely execution
• Prepare, review, and verify shipping documents (e.g., delivery orders, invoices, packing lists, permits)
• Monitor shipment progress and proactively follow up on delays, discrepancies, or operational issues
• Maintain accurate inventory and logistics records in the system
• Support stock control activities, including stock reconciliation and periodic stocktakes
• Coordinate with warehouse staff, hauliers, and forwarders to ensure smooth cargo handling and movement
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety standards, and regulatory requirements

• Singaporean only.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain operations
• Familiar with shipping documentation and inventory processes
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel / inventory systems)
• Good communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and external partners
• Organized, responsible, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
