Duration: 1 year, extendable/convertibleWorking Location: Kallang Sector
Working hours: 08.30am – 6.00pm (Monday to Friday)
Job Duties:
Customer Operations Support- Respond to enquiries from general mailbox and ensure timely responses to all incoming emails and requests
- Conduct quality assurance reviews for BPO operations to ensure adherence to SOPs, compliance requirements, and service standards
- Provide operational coverage for customer support activities during or outside regular working hours, only when necessary
- Support finance operations which includes the preparation of billing data and generation of invoices for corporate clients
- Verify and process invoices from landlords and follow through with finance to ensure timely payments.
- Compile and deliver comprehensive monthly reports for both corporate clients and landlords.
- Respond timely to mailbox enquiries on invoicing matters and resolve issues expeditiously to ensure on time payments.
- Perform other administrative or operational tasks as assigned to support Sales Ops and Customer Ops teams
Requirements
1 Diploma
2 Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)
3 Strong organizational skills with high attention to details
4 Excellent written and verbal communication skills
5 Able to work independently with minimal supervision
6 Good time management skills with the ability to adhere to tight deadlines
7 Ability and willingness to support operational needs outside of regular working hours when required
