Health Informatics Officer
As part of our Medical Informatics team, you will play a key role in driving digital transformation across our healthcare institution. This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of clinical practice and technology—collaborating with clinicians and IT partners to enhance systems that directly support patient care delivery.
You will support the Chief Medical Informatics Officer in the development, enhancement, and implementation of clinical information systems and related processes to ensure the optimal delivery of patient care. You will also participate in projects involving clinical information systems and collaborate closely with stakeholders to build and implement solutions that meet user requirements for clinical orders, medication management, and clinical documentation.
In this role, you will bridge the communication between clinicians and information technology to address and troubleshoot system issues. You will help ensure that policies and procedures relating to the electronic medical records (EMR) system are regularly reviewed, updated, and aligned with both cluster‑wide and national guidelines.You will also provide support for workgroups and committees at the institutional or cluster level, as required.
Additionally, you will assist in developing and maintaining training materials, as well as conduct user training for clinical IT systems.
Job Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Experience in clinical information systems, IT project management, and experience in healthcare environment will be an advantage
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Able to work independently and collaboratively with cross‑functional teams
