In this pivotal role, you will drive the development and delivery of insurance-based wealth solutions across Asia, with a primary focus on Private Placement Life Insurance (PPLI). Working closely with UHNW clients and their elite advisory networks, you will design and implement sophisticated, cross-border structures that protect and optimize clients’ investment, succession, and governance objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Client & Intermediary Engagement: Build and sustain trusted partnerships with family offices, private client lawyers, external asset managers (EAMs), and private banks.
- Business Development: Originate new opportunities, develop a robust pipeline, and achieve agreed asset under management (AUM) and business targets.
- Solution Design & Delivery: Structure and execute bespoke insurance solutions across multiple jurisdictions while maintaining alignment with internal governance and regulatory standards.
- Market Development: Act as a brand ambassador at industry events and drive the distribution of thought leadership across the regional wealth landscape.

skills and experience required- Industry Experience: Proven track record within private client advisory, private banking, wealth management, or UHNW/PPLI insurance solutions in Singapore and the wider Asian region.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of insurance-based wealth solutions (PPLI), alongside alternative HNW structures such as Trusts, FICs, and Singapore Family Offices. Solid grasp of cross-border tax, investment principles, and regional regulatory frameworks.
- Established Network: An active network of existing relationships with private banks, EAMs, family offices, and professional advisers (legal, tax, fiduciary).
- Qualifications: Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related discipline. Professional qualifications like STEP, CFA, or CFP are highly desirable.
- Language Capabilities: Fluency in English and Mandarin is required to effectively present complex solutions to regional clients and stakeholders.
