About the Role

You will collaborate closely with hardware and software development teams to enhance product quality while driving innovation in test automation.

• Develop and refine test cases based on use case documents and insights from developers and application engineers.
• Execute test cases, meticulously documenting results and findings.
• Maintain detailed records of testing activities, results, and identified issues for effective tracking.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, analyze, and resolve software defects.
• Develop, modify, and maintain test automation scripts to enhance efficiency and test coverage.
• Continuously refine testing strategies, leveraging automation and industry best practices to optimize reliability and efficiency.
• Actively contributes to a high-performing team, maintaining strong verbal and written communication skills.

Qualifications

Basic Requirements:

• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in system-level testing (strong candidates with slightly fewer years may still be considered).
• Hands-on experience with software defect tracking tools such as JIRA or Zephyr.
• Proficiency in software quality assurance and agile testing methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of manufacturing test industry (highly valued).
• Familiarity with 3070 series ICT (preferred but not required).
• Experience in Eggplant test automation development (a plus but not mandatory).

Note: 1 month retention bonus will be paid on annual basis
