A QA Engineer is responsible for ensuring product reliability, durability, and performance through structured testing and analysis across the product lifecycle. The role involves designing and executing reliability test plans, analyzing test results to identify improvement opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions.

The QA Engineer performs hands-on testing, ensures data accuracy and traceability, and prepares comprehensive reports to support decision-making and product enhancements. Additionally, the role contributes to audit readiness by maintaining proper documentation and supports continuous improvement initiatives within the quality function.

• Plan and execute reliability demonstration testing, characterization testing, and ongoing reliability testing to validate product or part robustness across development and production lifecycle.
• Design and conduct a reliability tests plan to validate the products' or part durability and performance.
• Plan the reliability test schedule to execute the test.
• Analysis the test result to identify improvement opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for the corrective actions on the test result.
• Prepare comprehensive reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing the test result for cross-function teams to action or improvement.
• Execute hands-on testing, monitor test runs, and ensure data integrity and traceability.
• Assisting in compiling all the audit document for internal audit, procedures and documents
• Lead a team of 3 PTTE QA staff in daily and weekly reliability test operation
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned

• At least 2 years' QA engineering experience
• Reliability testing (demonstration, characterization, lifecycle testing)

• Reporting & documentation (test reports, audit documentation)
