Responsibilities
- Proactively follow up on customer enquiries and service needs
- Handle cash and sales transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean, neat, and organised store environment
- Assist with stock handling and inventory management
- Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
- 6-day work week with 1 weekday off
- Preferred candidates with at least 1 year of experience in fashion retail
- Candidates without prior experience are welcome; training will be provided
- Customer-service oriented and able to work well under pressure
- Work locations are island-wide and conveniently located near MRT stations
