Working Hour: 5days - 9.30am to 7pm/ 12pm to 9.30pmSalary Package: Basic $2400 + commission = Gross up to $3000+-
Location: Takashimaya (Department Store)
Job Scope- Handling complaints, performing inventory checks, and working with sales teams to meet sales targets.
- Create a positive customer experience, drive sales, and build customer loyalty.
- Promoted sales to enhance customer experience and drive revenue.

Job Description- Interact with customers to sell products and provide customer service
- Generate new businesses (Walk Ins or / and Phone enquiries)
- To contact customers and perform after sales services
- Attain and maintain required service standards
- Respond to service challenges, e.g. handling customer queries and / or complaints
- Provide supporting activities, i.e. invoicing, packing
- Maintain housekeeping standards at the Boutique
