Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the retail outlet
- Provide exceptional customer service and assistance to all shoppers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked retail environment.
- Handle sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Assist in merchandising and stocking shelves with products.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store goals
- Administrative tasks such as stock ordering, inventory count and basic reporting
- Any Ad-hoc duties as assigned by Supervisor
- Candidates with more than 5 years of retail experience may be considered for Senior Sales Assistant position
- Part-Timers are welcomed to apply
- Minimum 1 year experience gained within a Retail or Customer Service environment
- Good customer service skills with a positive and outgoing personality
- Computer experience with Microsoft Word and Excel is an advantage.
