Customer Service Executive – Freight Forwarding - Toa Payoh

• Location: Redhill
• Working Days: Monday – Friday | 9:00am – 6:00pm
• Benefits: Basic $2400 - $3000 + Annual Wage Supplement (AWS) + Performance Bonus

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with clients, shipping lines, co-loaders, and overseas agents.
• Prepare and manage export and cross-trade documents.
• Handle customer enquiries and incoming calls professionally.
• Operate Tradeweb/Tradepalette for customs clearance.
• Provide general support and carry out ad-hoc duties as required.
