Logistic Supervisor

• Supervise, train, and support a team of drivers to ensure compliance with company policies and road safety regulations.
• Plan delivery routes and schedules to optimize efficiency and minimize costs.
• Monitor vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and maintenance schedules to maintain fleet readiness.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure accurate and secure loading of parcels.
• Track delivery progress and resolve any issues or delays promptly.
• Maintain records and prepare reports on logistics performance, including KPIs and operational efficiency.
• Identify areas for improvement in logistics operations and implement strategies to enhance performance

Requirements:

• Proven experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field (minimum 2 years preferred).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in logistics management software and route optimization tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with drivers, warehouse staff, and other stakeholders.
• Knowledge of transportation regulations and road safety standards.
• A Class 3 license is mandatory.
