Transport Supervisor / Senior Supervisor (Haulage)

Job Highlights

Stable full-time position

Working Hours

Monday to Friday: 4:00am – 1:30pm
Saturday: 4:00am – 10:00am

Key Responsibilities

Manage and supervise a team of drivers and transport staff
Plan and schedule daily routes to optimize fleet utilization
Allocate and coordinate transport resources effectively
Monitor transport operations and ensure timely delivery of services
Maintain accurate records of vehicles, schedules, and completed jobs
Track, analyze, and control transportation costs

Requirements

Degree/Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or equivalent
Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in transport/logistics
Familiar with LTA and relevant regulatory requirements
Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Self-driven, proactive, and able to work collaboratively
