About the Role

Join Kids Haven as a full-time Sales Management Trainee and grow with us in the exciting and creative furniture space. Based in the Tai Seng North-East Region, this role will provide you with invaluable hands-on experience in working and managing a showroom.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Provide advice and closing sales with customers interested in buying kids furniture
  • Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the business, including showroom styling, inventory management, and customer service
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Collaborate with our marketing to plan and execute engaging in-store promotions and displays
  • Provide exceptional customer service, handling inquiries and addressing concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Identify and report on key performance indicators to inform future business decisions
  • Support the overall objectives of the retail store and the broader Kids Haven business
What We're Looking For
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as interior design, business, marketing, or retail management
  • Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably within the retail or consumer products industry
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team
  • A passion for the retail industry and a genuine interest in providing exceptional customer experiences
  • Proficiency in using relevant software and tools to manage data and track performance
  • Background in interior design will be a bonus
