Role Description
This s a full-time on-site role for an HR Executive located in Singapore. The HR Executive will be responsible for managing various HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies, handling employee relations, and ensuring compliance with human resources regulations.Day-to-day tasks will include maintaining employee records, facilitating recruitment processes, conducting performance reviews, and providing support to both management and employees regarding HR-related matters.
Qualifications- Skills in HR Management and HR Operations
- Experience in Employee Relations and implementing HR Policies
- Strong understanding of Human Resources (HR) principles and regulations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
