HR Manager / Senior HR Executive - Bukit Merah

We are currently looking for an experienced HR professional to join our team. This position can be offered at either the Senior HR Executive or HR Manager level, depending on the candidate’s experience, skills, and overall fit with our team.

1. Payroll Management:

• Overseeing end-to-end payroll processes for all employees in Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia.
• Ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll, including deductions, allowances, and bonuses.
• Managing payroll-related queries and issues from employees.
• Collaborating with finance teams to reconcile payroll data and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Income Tax: Understanding the income tax regulations and rates applicable to employees in Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia is crucial. This includes knowledge of tax brackets, deductions, exemptions, and reporting requirements.

1. Compliance and Legal:

• With labor laws and regulations in Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia.
• Ensuring company policies and procedures are compliant with local labor laws.
• Advising management on labor law matters and providing guidance on legal implications.
• Handling employment contracts, terminations, and other HR-related legal documentation.

1. Employee Relations:

• Fostering positive employee relations across all locations.
• Addressing employee grievances and conflicts in accordance with company policies and relevant regulations.
• Implementing initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.

1. HR Administration:

• Handling HR administrative tasks such as leave management, attendance tracking, and employee records maintenance for Malaysia & Indonesia.

1. Reporting and Analysis:

• Generating reports on key HR metrics, such as turnover rates, absenteeism, and compensation analysis.
• Analyzing data to identify trends and insights to support decision-making and strategic planning.

1. Performance Management and OKR Implementation:

• Collaborate with department heads and key stakeholders to define strategic objectives and develop measurable key results that drive performance and align with organizational goals.
• Provide training and guidance to managers and employees on setting effective OKRs and cascading them throughout the organization.

1. KPI Development and Management:

• Implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure individual, team, and organizational performance.
• Ensuring KPI are aligned with strategic objectives and support continuous improvement efforts.
• Monitor and analyze KPI data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, providing insights to management for decision-making.

1. Performance Evaluation and Feedback:

• Oversee the performance evaluation process, ensuring it is fair, transparent, and aligned with the OKR and KPI framework.
• Facilitate regular performance conversations between managers and employees, providing guidance on goal progress, performance expectations, and development opportunities.

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role, with a focus on payroll and compliance in Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia.
• Strong understanding of payroll processes and regulations in each country.
• In-depth knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Vlook-up and Pivot table will be desirable.
• Able to join Immediately or within short notice will be preferred
