Shipping & Logistics Coordinator

You will work closely with internal sales, accounts, suppliers, freight forwarders, and overseas teams to maintain efficient supply chain operations and excellent customer service standards.

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced international logistics environment.

• Coordinate and manage daily local deliveries, export shipments, and logistics operations to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Prepare and process shipping documentation with high accuracy, including invoices, packing lists, delivery orders, shipping notes, credit notes, and export/import documentation.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, couriers, suppliers, warehouse teams, and in-house drivers to arrange cost-effective and efficient shipment schedules.
• Monitor order readiness, shipment timelines, and delivery deadlines while providing timely updates to internal stakeholders and customers.
• Coordinate closely with Sales, Accounts, and overseas teams on client requirements, billing terms, shipment arrangements, and order status updates.
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations, international shipping procedures, and trade documentation requirements.
• Handle shipping-related issues, delivery discrepancies, and operational challenges promptly to minimize disruptions.
• Compute and verify shipping-related costs, supplier invoices, and purchase order pricing updates for accounting and operational accuracy.
• Maintain accurate data entry and record management for shipping worksheets, inventory usage, supplier invoices, and logistics documentation.
• Coordinate specialized shipment requirements including dangerous goods (DG) packaging, fumigation, crating, and export compliance procedures.
• Support inventory management activities, annual stock counts, and shipment material monitoring.
• Collaborate with overseas offices and suppliers to ensure smooth import/export coordination and documentation alignment.
• Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems for operational and compliance records.
• Continuously stay updated on international logistics practices, shipping regulations, and operational best practices.

• Experience in shipping coordination, logistics operations, freight forwarding, or supply chain support.
• Strong understanding of international shipping procedures, customs regulations, and import/export documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and ERP/shipping management systems.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced international business environment.
