Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Manager to support and expand our international collaborations. This role plays a key part in developing global partnerships, managing cross-border initiatives, and advancing healthcare excellence through education, research, and service delivery.
The successful candidate will work closely with senior leaders, clinicians, and external partners to drive international projects that enhance clinical standards, foster innovation, and improve population health outcomes. The position requires strong project management expertise, stakeholder engagement capabilities, and a willingness to travel internationally.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, standard office hours.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Partnerships & Project Delivery- Identify, evaluate, and develop new international collaboration and partnership opportunities.
- Lead international projects end-to-end, including planning, execution, monitoring, and post-project evaluation.
- Contribute to strategic planning and market development initiatives to strengthen the organization’s global presence.
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners to support international patient care and service coordination.
- Liaise with overseas healthcare institutions, government bodies, insurers, and global organizations.
- Collaborate with clinical, operational, and leadership stakeholders to improve workflows and service delivery.
- Plan and manage local and overseas meetings, conferences, and engagement activities.
- Prepare clear, well-structured written materials such as proposals, reports, presentations, and formal correspondence.
- Provide regular updates on project progress, key milestones, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders.
- Develop, review, and maintain standard operating procedures and workflows to improve operational efficiency.
- Lead or support process improvement initiatives, including contract administration and agreement renewals.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and relevant international regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related discipline. Master’s degree is an advantage.
- Min. 7-8 years of relevant experience in the healthcare sector, preferably within academic medicine, higher education, or hospital administration.
- Demonstrated experience supporting senior leadership and managing complex, cross-functional initiatives.
- Proven track record in strategic planning, partnership development, and international engagement.
- Experience in process improvement, contract management, and negotiation of agreements is highly desirable.
