HR Admin Officer

We are seeking a proactive HR Admin officer to join our team, with a strong focus on company culture development and talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive and support initiatives to strengthen workplace culture.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Provide HR administrative support across departments.
- Partner with management to implement HR policies and procedures.
- Support regional HR activities, including occasional short-term business trips to Vietnam, Thailand, and Malaysia.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- Min 1 -3 years’ experience in HR administration and recruitment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
- Regional exposure across ASEAN.
