  1. 0 RESPONSIBILITY AND AUTHORITY
  2. 1 Support HR Team in day-to-day operations.
  3. 2 Handling workers payroll & maintain workers’ personal file.
  4. 3 Performing work pass application, renewal and cancellation.
  5. 4 Prepare Employment Contract, confirmation/termination/employment letters and other necessary correspondences.
  6. 5 Submission of insurance claims and monitoring the status.
  7. 6 Air ticket booking and monitoring for worker’s home leave & resignee.
  8. 7 Managing ISO documents and records, maintaining an organized filing
system.
  1. 8 Arrangement of vehicle inspection, insurance, road tax and VPC renewal.
  2. 7 Carry out any other duties as and when assigned.
  3. 0 MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE/REQUIREMENTS
  4. 1 At least 1 year of HR/Admin experience.
  5. 2 Certificate / Diploma in HR.
  6. 3 Knowledge of Employment Act and MOM Regulations.
  7. 4 Knowledge in Timesoft Payroll software add advantage.
  8. 5 Preferably experienced in construction industry
  9. 6 Proficient in MS Office, especially Word and Excel
  10. 7 Effective communication and interpersonal skills
