Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the full recruitment cycle – job posting, resume screening, interviews, and job offers.
  • Coordinate onboarding to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
  • Handle payroll, CPF contributions, and tax matters.
  • Advise staff on HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Manage employee relations, resolve conflicts, and conduct investigations when needed.
  • Support performance management efforts with managers, including goal setting and evaluations.
  • Organise and manage HR initiatives like employee engagement, perks, bonding activities, and recognition programs.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure legal and policy compliance.
  • Keep up with HR trends and recommend improvements.
  • Manage general office admin tasks like stationery, filing, and equipment.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Diploma or higher in HR or administrative studies.
  • At least 4–5 years of HR and admin experience.
  • Detail-oriented, independent, and strong in communication.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Candidate with short notice is advantageous
