Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full recruitment cycle – job posting, resume screening, interviews, and job offers.
- Coordinate onboarding to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
- Handle payroll, CPF contributions, and tax matters.
- Advise staff on HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Manage employee relations, resolve conflicts, and conduct investigations when needed.
- Support performance management efforts with managers, including goal setting and evaluations.
- Organise and manage HR initiatives like employee engagement, perks, bonding activities, and recognition programs.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure legal and policy compliance.
- Keep up with HR trends and recommend improvements.
- Manage general office admin tasks like stationery, filing, and equipment.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
- Diploma or higher in HR or administrative studies.
- At least 4–5 years of HR and admin experience.
- Detail-oriented, independent, and strong in communication.
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Candidate with short notice is advantageous
