IT Technical Support Engineer (L1)

Location: School Environment (deployment based on assignment)
Employment Type: 1-year renewable contract

Salary: Up to $2,500/month (commensurate with experience) + Yearly Bonus

Responsibilities:

Provide on-site IT support and troubleshooting, resolving a wide range of technical issues.
Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware, including desktops, laptops, printers, AV equipment, and tablets.
Install, configure, update, and troubleshoot software such as Microsoft Office, antivirus tools, and educational applications.
Handle and transport mobile IT asset carts/trolleys (up to 100 kg).
Support ad-hoc IT tasks and technical requests as assigned.

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma in Information Technology or a related field.
At least 1 year of experience in IT technical support.
Good command of English, with strong communication skills to liaise with school staff and vendors.
Comfortable working in a school environment and interacting with students and staff.
