Vendor Contract Management Planner

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and establish an extensive vendor network that is able to support repair activities for existing and potential Inventory Technical Management (ITM) customers.
  • Ensure vendors possess the required capabilities and relevant certifications to support all applicable parts and repair activities.
  • Coordinate between relevant internal and external stakeholders to review vendor performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to establish and maintain vendors within the Approved Service Provider List (ASPL).
  • Identify high-cost and/or high-volume repair parts with potential for cost savings through sourcing alternative repair support programs.
  • Facilitate the onboarding of vendors onto the Ariba platform.
  • Launch Request For Quotation (RFQ) on both part number and ad-hoc project basis.
  • Evaluate and negotiate with vendors for fixed preferential repair rates and terms.
  • Track existing agreements and follow up on contract re-negotiations and extensions.
  • Other ad-hoc tasks and projects as required.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in engineering, business or relevant quantitative disciplines
  • 1 - 3 years of relevant experience, ideally in the aerospace MRO industry. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Strong time management and stakeholder management skills, with result-oriented and continuous improvement mindset.
  • Experience in Excel and SAP is preferred.
