Customer Service Officer

Job Summary:
- 7 months contract
- Mon to Fri: 8.30am to 6pm
Job Responsibilities:
- Attend to queries and assist the property agents and property agencies over the counter(s) by appointment.
- Part of the team that handles designated queries over the telephone.
- Making out-going reminder calls and conduct phone survey with stakeholders.
- Will be assigned other duties (eg. filing/disposal of documents, data entry, statistical update and analysis, monitoring of cases) as and when required.
- Able to conduct backend IT system testing for e-services if required.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma
- IT-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
