Inventory & Supply Planner

Your Roles:

• Plan and procure finished goods from supplier
• Coordinate with supplier to ensure timely order fulfilment and adherence to shipment schedules
• Plan repacking schedules for stock replenishment

• Monitor inventory levels to maintain optimal days of supply and ensure availability to meet demand
• Manage stakeholder alignment during supply and reconciliation phases within the sales and operations cycle.
• Oversee warehouse from internal and external to ensure high inventory accuracy through monthly reconciliations, cycle counts, and annual stock takes.

• Manage external warehousing and transportation partners, including operational processes and escalations
• Provide guidance to supply chain coordinators on supply availability
• Act as the key focal point between the distribution hub and breweries for product quality matters
• Ensure warehouse and transportation documentation complies with regulatory and internal requirements

Requirement:

1. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a planning/forecasting role
2. Relevant education within Supply chain Management (min BA degree)
3. Beverage industry knowledge is a plus within the FMCG experience. Additional cross-functional experience within greater Supply chain (Production, Logistics)
