Responsibilities:

• Establish the Foundation: Build and implement our first-ever baseline demand planning frameworks and forecasting models.
• Strategic Forecasting: Develop high-accuracy forecasts by blending historical data with market trends and commercial insights (Promotions, NPI, Tenders).
• Data Governance: Take ownership of SKU master data and customer data structures to ensure our "source of truth" is rock-solid.
• Performance Optimization: Analyze forecast bias and variances, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
• Cross-Functional Synergy: Act as the bridge between Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain to ensure business plans translate into clear, actionable demand signals.
• Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify inventory gaps, potential shortages, or excess risks before they impact the bottom line.

• Degree with 3–5 years of relevant, preferably in FMCG industry
