SENIOR CLINIC ASSISTANT (5.5 DAYS FARRER PARK MEDICAL)

Responsibilities (80% Paperwork, 10% customer service, 10% Hands-on):

80% Paperwork:

• TPA, Insurances and Medisave processing claims submission
• Applying for insurance LOG & other matters relating to insurance (eg. Enquiries)
• Imaging, Laboratory and Hospital Admission processes
• Provide Financial counselling and coordinating of patient surgeries
• Scanning of patient medical reports

10% Customer Service & 10% Hands-On:

• Reception duties such as greet and register patients, schedule appointment and process payment
• Handle incoming calls & emails inquire
• Chaperone Doctors and assist in administrative and clinical support
• Conduct stock-taking and ensure accuracy
• Assume additional duties directed by the nursing manager or supervisors.

Requirements:

• Candidates at least (GCE) N Level or above
• 3 years of Experience as a Clinic Assistant, preferably in Specialist Clinic
• Strong knowledge in Clinic billing software & experienced in submitting TPA Insurance Claims
• Openness to learn new skills set and adhere to SOP standards
• Ability to multi-task and priorities duties in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Mandarin is essential for effective communication with Chinese-speaking patients.
• Able to start work in short notice
• Salary based on relevant experience within the healthcare industry

Working Hours (5.5 Days per week):

• Mon-Fri: 8:30am to 5:30pm
• Sat: 8:30am to 12:30pm
