TCM Clinical Assistant

Role and Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service and handle patients' enquiry whenever required.
• To assist in daily operations of the TCM clinic.
• Schedule and manages patients' appointments.
• Ensure payments, cashiering, petty cash being managed for daily operation.
• Support administrative activities, such as data entry and stock taking from time to time.
• Assist the physician during patients' treatments, if required.
• Manage medicine stock taking whenever required.
• Pack medicine and other ad hoc duties assigned.
• Ensure patients' record management are properly maintained.

Ensure the cleanliness of the clinic at all the times.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills needed.
• Able to work on weekends and PH.
• Clinic experience in a TCM environment and/or retail experience would be preferred.
